We recommend a cool, gentle machine wash with a mild liquid detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on a low heat setting or line dry in the shade to preserve the natural fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium linen collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bedding.
Are your dyes eco-friendly?
Yes, we use OEKO-TEX certified dyes, ensuring that no harmful chemicals are used during the production process, making our linens safe for you and the environment.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placement, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.
